I cannot say enough good things about the team from SERVPRO that came in like a bunch of superheroes and saved the day and kept the damage from my flooded basement to a minimum. I received a call from my plumber, that was at my home to fix an outdoor issue, and he needed to get into my , freshly renovated, basement to check something in the utility room. 5 minutes later, I get the call that my basement was under water. I called SERVPRO right away and in they came an hour later. From start to finish a week later they were understanding, professional and really kept what could have been a devastating , expensive, issue to as much of a minimum as possible. These gentlemen even came out to check on the drying out on Super Bowl Sunday. I highly recommend!!!!! Thanks again to Tyler, Geronimo, Joseph and George! You guys are the best!

Do not use!!!!! They came over after our shower leaked and caused damage down the shower wall and water came into our living room below. They went from 0 to 6000 in the matter of a couple of days and told us that the whole shower would need to be demolished and wanted us to do the repairs just as soon as we could. When we told them to slow down and wait to see what the insurance company would pay for - the tone changed. It took them one week to get the asbestos test to us(the person doing the test said it would take 1 day), then it took them over 3 weeks to get the mold test back to us(should have been 1 day). They were always between 30 and 90 minutes late for every appt. They DAMAGED our cherrywood entry floor with their equipment, broke one of our custom bath shades($1,000) and took our tarp. We are going to have to take them to court to get the money that they know they owe us for all the damages. They did damage to our bathroom when I wasn't home that both of us AND the insurance company did not approve. We ended up firing them and they wasted 2 months of time. They are horrible!!!!!!!!!

Miles was responsive in checking out a potential mold issue at a condo we were trying to sell. He did an on-site inspection, and determined that a 3rd party lab was needed to mold testing and that based on their findings, could mediate any mold found. The tests came back fine and Miles gave great advice even though he didn't make a cent for all his efforts. I wish more companies would just be honest and provide guidance to unknowing consumers that need help.
