Who do you know that would make a great facilitator for a LoCo Think Tank Catalysts chapter?
Founder - LoCo Think Tank | Servant-Hearted Community-Builder, Entrepreneur, Podcast Host (& entertaining guest!)
I'm looking for introductions to someone who would make a great LoCo Facilitator for our Catalysts Collective chapter. This chapter is designed for the key employees of the fewer than 25 employee demographic - generally the "right hand" man or woman within these smaller firms. Often - the Integrator for the Visionary, whether or not the business is running EOS. The facilitator for each of our chapter types should have passion for business, a heart for the community, and a high-achieving journey that represents a successful to the members of the chapter. https://lnkd.in/gRAmQgXP Dr Kristen Truman-Allen MS, PCC has been facilitating this chapter since December of 2022, and has done an amazing job - and she's moving to Maine this June with her family! She's a great example of a well-qualified facilitator for this group - strong education with a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development, and she was the Chief Experience Officer for a medical center before going full-time on her own consulting business. So - who do you know? This is a contract role, perhaps 10-12 hours per month - and something of a rebuild effort, as the chapter is currently fewer than 5 members. We do have prospects on the radar, but we need to find our facilitator first before it's very easy to add new members! DM's and email introductions are great! Thank you!!

Do you have a sticky brand? Part 2 of our workshop mini series! Drew Yancey, PhD, LoCo Next Level Facilitator discusses one internal lever to increase your business's value and that is your brand!
