Alacrity made sure my whole family had an organized trip, printed out our itinerary, booked a crib for my baby, made sure we got upgraded when we placed our bid for the haven, booked excursions that were not through the cruise line to make sure my family was able to scuba dive together and more. She made sure to follow up on everything she booked for us. When we were on one excursion we brought the wrong paperwork and she texted us with the correct information right away. She made our vacation one of the best times we have ever had. Thank you
