Service was great from the minute we entered. We chose a table and were promptly brought waters and menus.
They have a photo booth for everyone to use.
For the Great Plates of Downtown, they are offering a charcuterie board and two glasses of wine for $35! Had to order this!
Was delicious and our party of two had some items left over. The honey mustard was great and their house made jam was perfect to pair with the soft cheese. It came with lavash bread and water crackers. They should add the board to their regular menu!
We also got the toasted cheese ravioli. It was served with marinara sauce topped off with balsamic vinegar. Great taste!
They have a good selection on tap with even green tea shots on tap!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Outstanding service, wonderful atmosphere and great menu / beer selection. Been here several times and have always had great service. We had the mediterranean Pita... it comes with chicken, sauteed squash, pickled red peppers, arugula, goat cheese, with a house vinaigrette. The goat cheese is a total hit. Loved it...perfect size by itself.
Can't wait to return.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Update: I went in this morning to try it again and mentioned the lack of meat and veggies last time and got an AMAZINGLY generous portion of all the deliciousness this time around! Thanks, Pour Brothers!
Original review: I've been a fan of Pour Brothers since the day it opened in 2014. It used to be a constant in my life - seriously went there at least once a week. With the world changing and my current job, time has been short and visits have turned into special events once every other month. I finally found the time to head in for Saturday brunch before I had to head into work. This review is based solely on brunch!
I grabbed a seat and was immediately greeted with water and friendly conversation from the bartender. I started with club soda and lime since I'd already had way too much coffee that morning and perused the menu. The Hash and Tot Bowl immediately caught my eye - corned beef hash is one of my all time favorite brunch options. The food came out after about ten minutes and I dug in. The corned beef was honestly some of the most tender corned beef I may have ever had! The only sad part about that was that there were three pieces of it in the pile of perfectly crispy tots. The peppers and onions were also cooked and seasoned to perfection, but again, there was exactly one green pepper, one yellow pepper and four caramelized onions. Ten stars for flavor, I just wish there had been more beef and veggies since those were so perfectly done.
I was running a bit late to open up at work, so I finished what I could of the massive bowl of tots and headed out. Absolutely fantastic service (I apologize for not remembering the awesome brunch bartender's name), delicious flavor, and I'll likely still be back for brunch with the hopes that next time there's a little more substance waiting for me in that bowl! And probably will enjoy a mimosa once I'm back to drinking since, as they say on their menu, "a brunch without drinks is just a sad late breakfast".Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Sheiley R.Valley Glen, Los Angeles, CA0132Jan 6, 2024

I have walked by this place so many times and never really noticed it and when I did, I always assumed it was just a bar that served only beer. Boy was I wrong. We went in on a Wednesday night and the place was pretty busy. We chose a table in front of the window and were glad we did because the noise level was pretty loud. The window seat gave allowed us to be able to watch outside and have an easier time talking to each other. The noise level did not bother us because to me it is a sign of people just having a good time, enjoying the food and drinks and visiting with friends. No complaint just an observation for those maybe wanting a more quiet meal. There was an atmosphere of friendship and community as we noticed that everyone seemed to know each other and everyone was enjoying themselves. We felt very welcome and comfortable. My dining partner and I shared a few dishes. We had the Chips and Pico, a Margherita Flatbread and the Parmesan Pasta Bake.
The Chips and Pico were delicious. The chips and Pico were very fresh. The tomatoes in the Pico were not mushy and had that nice tangy, tomato flavor with a hint of lime and the right amount of spice and heat.
The Margherita Flatbread was also delicious. It was cooked perfectly so that the bread had a nice crusty bottom but was still soft and not chewy. There was a perfect ratio of marinara sauce and toppings. It was nice that they cut the basil up instead of sticking whole pieces of basil on it which makes it hard to get just a piece of basil in a bit and not the whole basil leaf. We ate every bite.
The Parmesan Pasta Bake was equally delicious. I thought it might be dry and/or the pasta overcooked but that was not the case. The amount of cheese was perfect. It was creamy and smooth and the pasta was cooked perfectly. So good!
For my drink I chose the :When Life Hands you Strawberries" drink. It was light and fresh and not too sweet. Perfect to quench your thirst and refresh you.
Our service was great too. Our server was friendly, personable and enthusiastic about the food and drinks.
Overall, excellent food, drinks and service. The vibe of the place is casual, laid back and very welcoming. Its a definite that we will be back.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Robert F.Fort Collins, CO01Jan 26, 2024
Do you believe in the lord? That's foolish. Who you should be praying to is Paige from Pour Brothers Community Tavern. Paige resides in the center of the Venn Diagram of attentive service, top notch banter and a Cheers-esque warmness towards her loyal patrons. Voted Fort Collins best bartender 6 years running (by this Yelp reviewer) she has recently brought her services to this lively and inviting neighborhood tavern. Paired with an impressive tap list, full bar and Rueben Rolls that'll make yr knees quake, come visit this elixir-slangin' heroine and her friendly cohorts before you're chin-deep in regret!

We stopped here for a drink while waiting for a table to open up elsewhere. After what we were told was a 30 minute wait ended up being about 10 (CLASSIC) we had to chug our drinks and pay the cheque as quickly as we could. The waitress was very helpful and understanding after hearing this.
So, even though we were only here for almost 10 minutes, I can say that the vibe inside is awesome and the service was professional. Social distancing and limited capacity is also enforced which is great to see.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Amanda L.CO, CO011Jul 23, 2023
Arrived around 1:30pm and ordered a street corn dip that was amazing. However, the cute atmosphere and visually and mentally pleasing menu are very misleading!! I originally ordered the parmesan pasta bake added salmon; After the rest of my table ordered, we waited 50 minutes for our waiter to return only to inform me that they were out of the pasta bake, where I then ordered the Classic grilled cheese and tomato soup. Pictured above is said grilled cheese sandwich. We waited another 30ish minutes for our food to be brought to us. Not only was my sandwich burnt, it only had 1/4 of the cheeses on it as well as my soup being cold. The rest of my parties' food was also not to their liking; either being cold, missing items, or including items not listed on the menu. We are just now leaving at 4 pm. Our waiter was not the problem, he was waiting tables, making drinks, and running food all by himself. The one other person that worked there was in the back cooking, and when he wasn't, he was sitting at the bar playing on his phone and not assisting with the other 5 parties they had in the restaurant. Definitely not our waiters fault at all, however they should maybe reconsider adding staff, or management taking responsibility for helping their staff!!

Our server was extremely friendly and recommended the specials. I ended up getting the dill pickle flat bread, which sounded odd, but it was delish! We went on a Friday right before the rush (around 6pm). I also ordered their ginger old fashioned which was on the sweeter side rather than bitter. It was also yummy and went down easy! Will be back in the future.

Amazing service. Charlotte & Amy were amazing. Amy served us a custom cocktail made up from scratch. Will return soon.
