Went to make an Amazon return after Christmas. You guessed it, I wasn't the only one. But hey! They dedicated one employee to handle only Amazon returns and even though the line was long, of which some were doing other business, this employee went down the line and scanned the Amazon returns and moved us quickly through line. Love it when businesses plan ahead and think of the customer!
5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.
4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.
3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.
2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.

Ever since the old manager Susan left, I have consistently watched the owners and the new manager treat customers poorly. The new management and the store owners talk down to loyal employees. I've never had an issue with any of the employees, only with the owners and manager. The previous manager was kind and helpful to her customers and her employees. She spoke kindly to her employees and encouraged them to grow their skills and become more independent workers within the store. The new manager speaks so rudely to the employees it's disgusting.

Elizabeth, employee performance issues are not something that I will discuss with you on Google. At no point has anyone in the center been treated at you describe. I respectfully completely disagree with your assessment.

The manager/owner needs a lesson in customer service. She flat out told me she would no longer accept my packages to be mailed unless I purchased the postage at this store. So, if you have packages you need to send and purchased the postage online she will not accept them!! Do not waste your time going to this store to send a prepaid postal package. Poor customer service in my opinion because she was rude when she point blank told me "unless you purchase postage here don't bring your packages because I won't accept them to be sent out"!

Michelle, I am not sure what store you spoke with, but both myself and my manager did not speak with you in regard to prepaid postal returns. We have not accepted prepaid USPS packages here at the Harmony Rd. location for over 4 years, but we always let customers know where their options are to drop them off. The store philosophy seems to be very rigid and not helpful in solving customer issues. I have at least twice been quoted rigid rules and given no options or help for remedy. I would not recommend this store except for very routine shipments.

George, it would be nice to have some clarification on what your customer issues are. We are only able to assist you with issues for shipments that you paid to ship through the store location. If you have issues with a shipment that was coming to you via UPS or an Amazon return, you would need to speak with them directly. Its very difficult to solve a problem if we do not know what it is. Susan, the manager, and the entire staff at this location is FANTASTIC! I have used their service weekly for six years, with both a mailbox and for printing/mailing, and they have always been kind and helpful, even when they get busy.
I realize some people don't understand that Amazon & a few other companies require them to follow specific procedures in order to process returns, so please understand that it's not their fault that you can't just "drop it off" without your package being scanned properly. THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST to make sure YOUR return gets processed correctly and efficiently.
As someone who has trained others in Customer Service, I have personally observed that this is their priority. The entire staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, and I give them my highest recommendation.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This used to be my go-to UPS store but I refuse to go here anymore. The last 3 times I've gone there, I've had horrible experiences. One time the system was down, so I had to travel to another store. I had to have a notarized signature, and the notary had me sign the wrong line. Yesterday was the last straw when they told me I had to stand in line when I had a package dropoff because they had to scan it in. I went to a different store, and they grabbed the package and said thank you.

The manager of this store, Danielle Phillips, assisted a 90yo invalid client with her needs. After exhausting solicitations by many other facilities and bankers Danielle stepped up and delivered above and beyond service with a smile. Thank you Danielle.

I use Susan and the wonderful staff at UPS store 1565 for all my auction wins in Fort Collins area. I receive wonderful, courteous service and my items arrive to beautifully packaged! Everything is handles so incredibly well! Would recommend to anyone!!1

**** Wow the owner, just like the manager, not taking responsibility for anything. How do you run a business like that and not take responsibility at all?? Amazing to me!! Tells me exactly where I will take my business from here on out and it's NOT the UPS store.
The employees were well aware of EXACTLY what they told me. As I said, you caused a great deal of stress and I will never frequent your store again. I will NEVER go back in this store. I shipped a box on Monday headed to FL ($94!!!!!!!) and was told by 2 of their employees it would arrive Thursday. The only possibility that it would arrive Friday was for weather issues, which there are none of.
The box left their store, has sat in Commerce City for 2 days now and will not even arrive Friday.
I spoke with the manager today who had no care in the world for what her employees told me. She told me that I should have read the 5 million-word item I had to sign. There is NO way that anyone reads that.
Now the package is LOST and will not arrive in time for the reason it needs to be there. I am so disgusted. I stopped using USPS because they are horrible and now I can't use UPS either. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SCREWING UP! Completely unacceptable!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We are sorry that your package was missorted in Commerce City by UPS. Unfortunately the service you chose, UPS Ground, does NOT have a delivery date guaranteed. My staff informed you at the time of shipment that your package was SCHEDULED for Thursday or Friday, we have never given an exact delivery date since early 2020. I would be happy to take responsibility for your package being delayed but that is completely out of our control, that is UPS's responsibility. Also, I would like to make a suggestion for the future. When you call to discuss a problem with someone you are trying to get to help you, verbally abusing them, screaming at them, and ending the call with F*** Y**!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! might want to be avoided.

This is my store! I have been using this store off and on for over a year! Thanks too, Andrea,Brittany,Sadie, and Michael. For being so helpful, especially during COVID & before. This, store is clean, sterile, and professional! People, have spots every 6 ft. apart now.
