We stopped in on a fall Sunday and our server greeted us right away. He was super attentive and explained the menu as well as knew the draft beers off the top of his head.
The guacamole was fresh and yummy. We also ordered the pork belly, asada, barbacoa and pastor. Overall the flavors were tasty especially the sauce on the pork belly taco. The meat across the board was a little dry and the tacos could've used more brightness like some pickled red onions. But I doused them in lime, which they provided a lot of!
Would visit again!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 10, 2023
This is not my favorite taco spot in town. We came on a cold night and obviously had to find street parking due to the location. When we entered, there were only a few other people inside. The service was fine, but the staff seemed somewhat distracted. I had been to another Uno Mas location (Denver) and that was a great experience, so I was looking forward to this one.
We started with queso and chips, which were pretty good! We moved on to our tacos around the table, but nobody was very impressed. The meat in my tacos did not seem very fresh and the flavors didn't pop like I expected. The beer I had was from a pretty decent tap menu and it was great, which was the unfortunate highlight of the meal. We finished the meal with a churro plate and they came out hot and tasty, with whipped cream for dipping.
This was my only visit at this location and I can't help but wonder if it would have been better if I came on a different night. I base that on the other great reviews. Give it a shot if you like street tacos!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Alfonso J. R.Fort Collins, CO0165Mar 5, 2024
Nothing says tacos like French fries and house music.
This place is not bad overall... cool ambiance and nice clean place. But the tacos are too overdone and pretty expensive. French fry bits in Asada tacos overpowers the taste of the taco.
They do have good churros.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 27, 2023
Ate dinner here while in town and found the tacos underwhelming. I went with the servers favorites of barbacoa, pork belly, and carne asada. The barbacoa was very salty, the pork belly had a mild off pork flavor, and the carne asada was kind of bland.
The strawberry(or maybe it was watermelon) margarita was very good. I also liked their queso.
I haven't found too many great places to eat in Fort Collins, so I do think relatively to area it's a 4 star place to dine in at. So far out of the 7/8 places I've tried in Fort Collins, I like Big Al's Burgers the best, and of course Lucille's for brunch.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris G.Fort Collins, CO352044Sep 10, 2023
Atmosphere is fun and inviting, service is pretty good...but can be awkward and at time frustrating. Server picked up my wife's plate while she had a taco in her hand! We both laughed..I'm sure she didn't see the taco.
Tacos are your best bet...some are much better than other. The taco pastor is underwhelming, carne asada is decent. Pork belly is ok! Quesadilla was good with chicken and the duck taco was excellent.
We had two margaritas that were pretty bad...I finished mine and my wife had one sip and ordered a beer. Waaaaaaayyyy too much lime.
Didn't appreciate they 5% operations service charge! In other words don't tell how good your specials are priced and then charge a service fee.
Overal decent...but would not be a first choice to return.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kirk B.Fort Collins, CO1136Feb 21, 2023
Showed up early afternoon, beAUtiful day for the patio, got seated & order taken right away. Street side not too busy, outdoor speakers doing just enough to cover.
Ordered the Carne Asada taco to start, which was perfectly & very generously crafted, but sadly didn't survive long enough for a picture.
The next taco up was the Barbacoa, also well-proportioned & delicious.
All of this was delivered by laid-back, but attentive wait staff. Always there when you need them, but not *too* there, if you get me.
I WILL be back, with company!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sarah T.Lakewood, CO511827Oct 9, 2023
We tried Uno Mas for the first time this weekend after a colleague recommended it. We arrived on Saturday around 3:00 pm and sat inside the restaurant (only because outside was full). The restaurant space itself is clean and open. It was not busy at this late lunch hour. We ordered a chips and salsa as well as guacamole for the table to share. I highly recommend the salsa -- they give you three different kinds, all with different flavor profiles. Our favorite was the pineapple habañero. The guacamole was fresh and delicious. The star of the afternoon were the street tacos! I ordered the carnitas taco and was blown away -- the meat is moist and delicious, but somehow didn't make the corn tortilla fragile or damp. We can't wait to go back!

I was so hungry and everything looked so delicious that I didn't take pictures of the food.
Wow! Their street tacos were incredible. I tried the duck confit, al pastor, carne asada, and pork belly tacos. They were big. I ate a lot. No regrets.
They were all delicious, but I think my favorite had to be the al pastor. I'm a huge fan of tacos al pastor, so I don't say that lightly. They were delicious! We also got an order of the queso with chorizo as an appetizer, and it was so flavorful. Start your meal off with that and you can't go wrong! You'll definitely enjoy the whole meal at Uno Mas!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Sep 5, 2022Updated review
Brought some newbies to Uno Mas and we all loved it! The salsa flight is always good and we all agreed that their queso is some of the best in town. I love the water bottles they leave on the table. The barbacoa tacos and the pork belly tacos are delicious, but I'm sure it is all good.

They have so many choices and they serve them on a big platter when you order at the restaurant. It looks like a fun fiesta! Some of our favorite tacos are the pork belly, the Barbacoa, the Carnitas, and the Carne Asada. Recently, we ordered and there were no tables left outside so we got takeout. They packaged it very nicely but forgot to put napkins, so It got a little messy. pro tip: check for napkins before walking back to the hotel. Their queso was some of the best in town and there' salsa flight is really fun. We ordered two of their happy hour margaritas and or surprised at how strong they were they put a lid on it that has a warning not to open while in transit. Judging by the looks of all the people we passed on the sidewalks we made a lot of people jealous.
